We bought a boat, model year 1974, I think. We talked of naming it, but before we could even discuss options the boys decided on "Pumpkin Monster". Where, you ask, did they come up with that name? I think Pumpkin because it is orange and Monster after their favorite song. We took a picnic to Lake Hanska County Park and took her for a spin. It was fishing opener so there were lots of boats on the lake and lots of pelicans, too.
