was the Desert Dome. We started out under the dome in the Kingdoms of the Night exhibit and the dome closed before we got there! I had difficulty taking pictures in the low light exhibits. For instance the sign for the Fossa came out but not the actual Fossa. The Fossa, you know the dreaded predator from the movie Madagascar? I don't remember what the two animals were called but, I like how they were sleeping all cuddled up with one another. The cave was very realistic and reminded us of Mystery Cave. And C was not any more fond of caves now than he was this spring! The last exhibit in the night section was a swamp in the deep south. It was hot and humid and smelled like the swamp! There were alligators and beavers and nutria, we almost felt like we had gone frog gigging somewhere "Down East" in North Carolina.
