Since we left early in the morning for SD I just grabbed C from his bed and stuck him in his car seat. My intention was to grab his shoes and jacket from the mudroom, I remembered the jacket. Fortunately, there was a Dollar General as we drove into town and they had these sandals. I have now added these sandals to the emergency bag I keep in the trunk of the car, just in case I ever find myself without his shoes again.
