Looking up from the burned out interior of the mill we could see airplanes from the MSP airport. A docent demonstrated how flour can explode using a model Cargill feedmill. And yes, the boys have already tried it at home! A cool gear from the old mill. Some pretty tall wheat considering K is just about 6 feet tall now.
