all the rotten wood was removed the next step was to fix the fiberglass skin of the transom. After the skin was fixed and ready to hold the new transom they mixed and poured liquid fiberglass into the transom. After it dried they poured it into the wings of the transom and let that dry. Then they replaced all the hardware on the back of the boat. The last step was to put the motor back on.
