The two parks are a couple of miles apart, so after lunch we went to Mystery Cave State Park. On our way over M said, "Look at that weird rainbow." So I pulled over and took a picture. A circumhorizon arc or fire rainbow is a refraction of light through ice crystals in cirrus clouds. Cool and a little extra science!
